Contributor Services Agreement Summary
Welcome to Deltabrands! Please review and agree to the terms below to continue as an Independent Contributor.
You will receive service proposals with details, including deliverables and fees. You may accept or decline service opportunities, and services must be performed professionally and to the company’s specifications. Any necessary corrections must be made promptly. You will receive a fixed monthly salary of $350 USD, with tasks including creating two fully working stores per day. You are responsible for providing your own tools and materials unless otherwise supplied by the company.
All non-public information provided by the company is confidential and must be used only for the purpose of providing services and protected from unauthorized disclosure. All work created is the exclusive property of Deltabrands. This agreement is effective for 12 months and is renewable annually. Either party can terminate with written notice.
